In a space of confidentiality and full discretion, I provide tailor-made one-on-one business coaching that fits with a busy schedule and your individual goals and ambitions.The coaching can be in Danish or in English.
Steps in the coaching process:
Expectation alignment & chemistry check
Initially, a common understanding is created of the goals that you wish to achieve,
how to measure them, and by which success criteria. Depending on the goals an estimated time frame is set
(free of charge and mutually non-committal)
Follow-up
As follow-up, a concrete action plan is made after each of the coaching sessions.
Feedback on progress
If the coachee is not making sufficient progress, this is openly discussed with the coachee as part of the coaching relationship
Evaluation
At the end of a coaching process, the coachee's achievement of the set goals is assessed based on the pre-agreed criteria.
