This makes on-boarding a vital time and golden opportunity for companies to affect and give new international employee a good understanding of important company values and code of conduct.

The Onboarding Academy aim to shorten the time it takes for international employee to be established in a new society and culture and not the least to be properly on-boarded in the new position. It consists of a combination of speaking engagement, smaller presentations, group facilitations and workshops, one-on-one coaching and recommendations on “Dos & Don’ts”.
